Create Your Account

Head to app.html and sign up with your email address and a password. That's it — no phone number, no payment info, no trial period. UsedAlert is completely free to use.

Your email is also where we'll send alerts, so use one you actually check.

2

Add Items to Watch

Once you're in, use the Add to Watchlist section. You have two options:

Paste an Amazon URL — copy the link from any Amazon product page and paste it in. We'll extract the ASIN automatically.

Type an ASIN directly — ASINs are the 10-character codes in Amazon product URLs (e.g., B09X7C7LL1). We'll look up the product name so you know you've got the right item.

You can watch up to 50 items at a time.

3

Choose Your Conditions

After entering an item, you'll see condition chips. Select every condition you'd be happy to receive an alert for:

Like New Very Good Good Acceptable

In the example above, you'd only get alerts for Like New and Very Good offers — Good and Acceptable would be ignored. You can select any combination.

Not sure which condition to pick? Check out the Conditions Guide for a full breakdown.

4

Set a Max Price (Optional)

Enter a maximum price and we'll only alert you when a matching used offer falls at or below that number. Leave it blank to get alerted on any price.

This is useful when you have a specific budget in mind — for example, you know the item is worth buying used at $60 but not at $90. Set $60 as your ceiling and you'll only hear from us when it's actually a deal.

Tip: used offer prices fluctuate. If you set a max price and stop receiving alerts, try raising it slightly — there may just be no inventory at your threshold right now.
5

Wait for Alerts

UsedAlert checks Amazon's used listings every 15 minutes. When a used offer appears that matches your item, condition, and price (if set), we send you an email immediately.

The alert email includes:

  • The item name
  • The condition and price of the matching offer
  • The seller's rating
  • A direct link to the offer on Amazon

Act fast. Used offers — especially Like New — can sell within hours or even minutes of appearing. The alert email is designed to give you everything you need to buy immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often do you check Amazon?
Every 15 minutes, around the clock. That's 96 checks per item per day — far more than any manual workflow.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free. No trial, no credit card, no "freemium" limit on features. You get full access at no cost.
How many items can I watch?
Up to 50 items at a time. You can remove items from your watchlist at any time to make room for new ones.
Can I set a max price?
Yes. Each item in your watchlist has an optional price ceiling. Set it per item — different thresholds for different products. Leave it blank to get alerts regardless of price.
What conditions can I filter by?
You can filter by any combination of Amazon's four used condition grades: Like New, Very Good, Good, and Acceptable. Select as many as you'd accept.
How fast should I act on an alert?
As fast as possible. Used listings — especially Like New condition items at competitive prices — can disappear within hours. The alert email includes a direct link; clicking it takes you straight to the offer. If the offer is gone by the time you check, it means another buyer got there first — but we'll alert you again if another matching offer appears.
What if I get alerts I don't want?
You can delete any item from your watchlist at any time, or tighten your conditions and price ceiling. Deleting an item stops all future alerts for it immediately.
Do you track new items, or only used?
UsedAlert is purpose-built for used listings only. If you want alerts on new item price drops, tools like CamelCamelCamel or Amazon's built-in alerts handle that well. We focus on the gap they don't cover: condition-specific used offer monitoring.
